Due to the importance of practical and applied education, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Iran University of Science and Technology has several laboratories and workshops in specialized fields related to the approved courses. A total of 9 training laboratories (including laboratories of material resistance, machine dynamics and vibration, thermal machines, fluids, thermodynamics, heat transfer, hydraulics and pneumatics, materials science and measurement systems) and 6 training workshops (welding and sheet metal workshops, auto mechanics, facilities Thermal and refrigeration, production methods, machine tools, numerical control machines) provide a practical and applied environment for the training of mechanical engineering professionals.
